Mukul Gupta
Principal & Director Architecture
Mukul has over 30 years of professional experience as an Architect. He is an alumnus of School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi, from where he has a B.Arch. degree. Starting his career with larger housing and hospital projects, Mukul then started his own consultancy within the first year. He has been leading a team of architects out of his Delhi studio, spearheading projects in North India.
He has been leading many large scale projects : from large scale Residential Housing and Mixed Use, to Institutes, Colleges and Schools; Office, Commercial and Retail; Hospitality and Resorts; Industrial; Clubhouses, custom Homes: Auditoriums and Public Buildings. He has been involved in large scale urban redevelopment projects Healthcare; well.
He is a master innovator with fine tuned skills of planning, urban design, architecture, detailed design, detailing and a very deep understanding of structures and MEP services as well. Mukul has led projects which required a lead role in construction and project management services. He has complete knowledge of environmental issues, specifications and quantification. Every project led by him demonstrates a highly refined design aesthetic, coupled with immense detailing and sound technical knowledge. He has been able to achieve through leading and collaborating, on many projects of immense value to create very high client and user satisfaction. His work has been about achieving the balance between the design and technical aspects of built and designed spaces. Mukul also participated in design studio and jury for 4th and 5th year B Arch students in various architecture colleges.
Sapna Khattar
Head Interior Architecture
Sapna Khattar has 30+ years of professional experience as an Interior Architect. She is an alumnus of School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi, from where she has a B.Arch. degree.
She started her career with Neeraj Manchanda Architects and Arcop Associates Pvt Ltd., wherein she got the opportunity to lead various architecture and interior design projects.
She then branched off into corporate and hospitality interiors. She worked with a leading hospitality design firm wherein she had the opportunity to lead a team on a large number of hotels, owners residences, villas across the world and India. She then collaborated with an Australian design firm to lead the interior design of a award winning hotel design in UAE. Working for the Singapore based Kerry Hill Architects, Sapna then led the team in India in the architecture and interior divisions for The Aman New Delhi, an award winning hotel project. Sapna then held senior management positions in couple of top real estate companies, heading the Hospitality Design Divisions.
She led the design and execution of showflats, clubhouse, corporate offices, serviced apartments, public lobbies. She is now leading the Interior Architecture Division based out of Delhi. She has experience on leading Interior Design and Interior Architecture for a very vast repertoire of projects – Showflats, Clubhouses, Hotels, Restaurants, High End Villas and Bungalows, Apartments, Retail, Offices, Spas and health clubs, Healthcare, Institutional and Public Spaces. Her work been about achieving the timeless quality in interior spaces, and she has walked the fine line between achieving a culturally relevant ethos in a modern contemporary setting. Several of her projects have been awarded or won competitions. She followed her interest in the environment with a PG in environment and sustainable development as well as Climate Change.
